Boakai said.Buttressing the former VP’s remarks, the Liberty Party (LP) standard bearer Cllr. Charles W. Brumskine also refuted the assassination claim and said that members of the opposition parties are peace loving and change makers who are not involved in violence as stated by CDC National Chairman.“I have been into politics and contested the past three (3) elections with the intention of becoming President of Liberia, unfortunately I didn’t win any of those elections. I took my case to the Supreme court to address my problems but I have never gotten engage in violence, neither did I encourage my supporters to get involve in situations that will interrupt our peace.“None of us are prone to violence so we are not and will never be,” Cllr. Brumskine said.He stated that politics must be about meeting the aspirations of the people and not to criticize the opposition parties.Share this:Click to share on Twitter (Opens in new window)Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window)last_img read more
