Unlike those in printed form, multimedia content can be supplemented very easily and in real time, which will offer all future tourists, who are in our county and in general in eastern Croatia, more and more always valid information. ” concluded Headmistress Roth.  “Osijek-Baranja County is unique in many ways when it comes to tourist attractions, and as one of the biggest tourist assets are four excellent vineyards that stretch in the Osijek-Baranja County. With this Atlas we put their entire offer in one place. Tourists who come to us, with this brochure in hand, will know exactly where to go and taste the wine that interests them. Browsing the Atlas, you have the opportunity to meet the man behind the wine you drink, and then just tasting the wine has a different experience. ” said Osijek-Baranja County Prefect Ivan Anušić. Here is an offer, especially in the east of Croatia, accompanied by a rich gastronomic story. Therefore, the logical sequence is the creation of the Gastro Atlas, which was announced during the presentation of the Wine Atlas. “The next step is a gastro atlas that will offer autochthonous Slavonian and Baranja cuisine that goes well with the wines of our region. ” said Anusic. “In addition to the descriptions of each of the presented wineries, the Wine Atlas also contains a handful of top photos that best describe all the beauties of the wine-growing regions, as well as significant lists of award-winning wines. It is a manual for hedonistic research of Osijek-Baranja County ” said Tatjana Roth, Head of the Administrative Department for Continental Tourism of Osijek-Baranja County. The atlas contains information about the vineyards of Baranja, Erdut, Ferica and Đakovo, each of which has its own story. The wine and gastronomic atlas are part of a project designed by the Administrative Department for Continental Tourism of Osijek-Baranja County, which will soon see the light of day in multimedia form.
