first_imgWILMINGTON, MA —The WHS Girls Varsity Tennis Team were defeated by Arlington High, 4-1, on Wednesday, May 2 in Arlington.Wilmington junior Emily Hill was defeated by Meagan Carney, 6-4, 6-1.Wilmington junior Lia Kourkoutas was defeated by Alevia Doyle, 6-2, 6-3.Wilmington sophomore Carolyn Roney defeated Lily Prifster, 6-0, 6-1.Wilmington junior Jessica D’Arco and senior Krista Brown were defeated by Isabella Wolfsdoff and Reina Conti, 6-0, 6-2.Wilmington seniors Jill Roche and Lauren Field were defeated by Nita Somporum and Maya Zaslaw, 6-2, 6-4.Like Wilmington Apple on Facebook.
